By default, IIS and ASP.NET log a potentially dangerous path entry in the Event Viewer when someone enters a & character in a URL, when that character is entered as is following the domain name. Is there a way to turn that log OFF?

Here is an example of the log:

Exception information:
Exception type: HttpException
Exception message: A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (&).
at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateInputIfRequiredByConfig()
at System.Web.HttpApplication.ValidateRequestExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute()
at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)

This is simply taking space for nothing in the Event Viewer.
