I ran the command to remove it. I removed the silent switch so I could see what is going on. I went into the interface and remove the content. Now, I can see that it has been removed. I closed all my VS projects. I restarted them back and the F1 switch still calls this unwanted process. I checked back the interface and it still says that the content is removed. So, I do not know where exactly that is coming from.
