But, one thing for sure, I removed all the registry entries, uninstalled Microsoft Help Viewer from Add/Remove programs and this unwanted tool continue to pops up and destroys my current browser window. This has caused some real mess so far. I have enough of it. I really need to remove that thing from my PC.

You should see the manager from VS "Help" menu and then "Manage Help settings".
