>I meant no disrespect to you by my statement. The thread has been a great place for learning for nearly 15 years now. It was THE place for foxpro during the halcyon years, but has not been seen in such regards with .net.

Yes, but we try to help in the direction to let others know about it. I had many who mentioned they were not back on the site because there wasn't a .NET forum. And, I received such comments up until recently. However, it has been there for up to mostly 10 years now. I also encourage people, for those who make the switch to .NET, to continue to use the site in parallel to other services they might want to use. To create a support environment, there is a need to post something. So, if most are waiting to see traffic, it won't just help. This is among some generic messages I am trying to let people know about. But, the most problematic situation is the new generation of way of doing things by finding everything with Google. Numerous companies have went bankrupt since then. This is also a general comment I keep receiving. It is that they can find everything for free out there. But, those who know the value of this site understands that there is more than just searching. The way a thread can evolve and gathers valuable information is a great plus.

Thanks for your participation
