>Who cares? KC Chiefs will still be in first place after today.
Good test for the Bears tonight. I am still not convinced they're for real but they are a lot better than I thought they would be. Julius Peppers and the return of Brian Urlacher have energized the defense. (Thanks again, Tracy). Jay Cutler is playing like a guy who was taking maturity pills all off season. The Giants have not played well so far and need to make a statement at home.
I am hoping Tommie Harris gets to play. He was arguably the best defensive player in the NFL the last year they went to the Super Bowl. Since then he has been plagued by injuries and other unknown issues. Last Monday against the Packers he wasn't suited up. It wasn't until I read it in the paper later in the week that I knew he was not injured and it was Lovie Smith's decision. Lovie hasn't said why, which is his way, and that's a good attribute in a coach. You keep it in house. I hope Harris plays tonight with something to prove.
