WinPhone7 doesn't have cut-and-paste. There has been lots of complaint about that, though JB points out that use of smart handlers may be enough for most purposes. The other (in)famous lack is tethering, which seems to cause "OMG" or "shrug" with no in-between. WinMobile6.x had both for at least 5 years fwiw and so does Android and iOS.
