Apple's issues are not lost on me...I don't like the iPod because the sound quality is tinny and I don't care for their battery history. I don't own an iPhone because of the quality issues. In general, I don't care for Job's arrogance. However, while I've only had the iPad for two days, I've been banging hard on it...and so far I think this is a great product.
