Hi~ ereryone!

I want to expression disabled effect in picture object like in
Button object.

in Button object(control), when it make be disabled,
picture is changed like gray scale and 3D effect(?) somehow.

But, In picture control, it doesn't make be so,
how Can I make this Effect in Picture Control ???

Any suggession?

Please help me.
any tool, any trick, any solution ????
