USB ports, SD slot, 16:9 ratio screen, higher resolution, full OS, HDMI out, multi-tasking...pretty much everything ExoPC has to offer. Too bad the GPS didn't make it this time round, but that's not a big deal to me. Well, maybe you'll be happy with it. The iPad appeals to the "consumer" in me. We'll see in a few months if I ever find myself missing USB ports. Another reason I chose the iPad was the number of iPad apps.
True, iPad doesn't support 16:9, though someone recently made a good point - that anyone serious about watching videos won't be happy with a 10 inch device, no matter what the aspect ratio is.
