With Gotomeeting (which is the same company, and probably a related product, sharing the engine) you (the presenter) can choose the monitor to show. With Logmein I'm not sure - the machines I connect to are not developer machines where you may encounter double monitors, so I wouldn't know. The difference is in the approach, anyway - with GTM the presenter is in control and may (temporarily) yield the reins to a visitor; with LMI the visitor holds the reins and the user of the viewed machine can't override much (except click somewhere and move the focus just to annoy you :).
