Thanks - I'll give both options a try...nice to know I wasnt going crazy :) Appreciate the information.

>My team and I have this same behavior. One WA ( workaround ) is to create a property of your formset called StartForm and loop through the forms hiding them explicity in the init of the formset. Do not set the form's Visible property to .F. in design. Another way is to SetFocus to the ActiveX control in the Activate in the form. The latter, did not always work though.
