Here we have the problem with skydivers jumping off high cliffs, and get stuck, seriously injured, in the mountain side. Usually the skydiver get a heavy fine, but unfortunately not high enough to cover the rescue operation. The rescuers must risk their own life to help these people, but the skydivers always complain when they are asked to open their wallet.
