The capture settings for the three PCs is different for the printer port used by the app on each PC. You'll need to play with the settings for the printer in the Windows Printer setup (or the capture statementy used in a batch file or login script) to make the settings work identically in all circumstances.

If I had to guess, PC 1 has the printer as a local resource, PC 2 has a CAPTURE with a timeout defined, and PC 3 has a CAPTURE without a timeout.
