Gary,

Regardless of which framework you decide to use there are two things that will give you success. One is learn to use the benefits of the framework and learn how it works so you can extend or override when you need to. A framework is a real timesave for me and I have used commercial frameworks for 17 years now.

I looked at Strateframe a few years back but cannot remember my evaluation points on it. I have been using Mere Mortals for several years now, probably since about 2003 and have been very happy with it. One of the things which have contributed to my success has been an understanding of how the framework is put together so I know how to get what I need from it. I have found it very easy to extend the behavior when I need it. There are a couple things I wish were included with it, but that would be true for all frameworks.

Good luck in your search
Tim

Installations range from single pc to Citrix worldwide distribution so I want the flexibility of VFP data or SQL Sever or Oracle (requirement of one client).
