He really had it going. It wasn't a no hitter but a two hit shutout with 14 strikeouts was a pretty darned good playoff outing. And it was a 1-0 game so he had no margin of error. That's the thing about the Giants. Their starting pitching is very good and they have an excellent closer, but the hitting is really iffy.
