I must admit that a good prime rib is one of the things I miss about the U.S. - getting a good steak here isn't too hard but a good prime rib is a rarity (have one for me :-{ ) I have to admit, I'm not a big prime rib fan (except for thinly sliced prime rib sandwiches). Can't explain why, since I love babyback ribs. On steaks, I go more for the filet or ribeye or porterhouse.
