SOAP is XML over HTTP protocol .

Example use HTTP with SOAP envolope. You can find this way on internet - for check EU VAT.

The first TEXT TO lcEnvelop NOSHOW TEXTMERGE use older SOAP envelop - malfunction.
The second TEXT TO lcEnvelop NOSHOW TEXTMERGE use new SOAP envelop.
