Did you have another issue you didn't report? I saw on the forum that your issues with Strataframe and Windows 7 64 were an expired license and didn't appear to have anything to do with Windows 7 64. According to Strataframe, it works fine with Windows 7 64 and the only possible issue would be having to set it up to run as administrator. If there is another issue, please post it. I was about to look at Strataframe myself again (after a couple of years away from it) and would like to know.
