There's definately something wrong if it takes an hour. Does all db access take a long time on the live system? What type of data? VFP? SQL server? If SQL Server, what data access method (OLE-DB? ODBC?)

All the CA objects work ok except for two forms which have the same problematic CA. These forms just initialize for the longest time. If its not any trouble sir, I have detailed my problem in the first message, which shows the table structure. The backend is MySQL. And I use MySQL ODBC 3.51.27.

All these CA objects were doing ok during testing. But when this particular Parcel table ran up to 90,000 plus, that's where the hanging started. The form using this CA objects freezes up or is not responding. When it just contained a few thousand, it worked well.

I then resorted to getting the records using our Command WIndow programatically. All was well except for this Parcel cursoradapter which freezes even if I was just trying to get the structure. Weird huh?
