>Neither do us, what we do is to have this generic terminology as the default. If we know that the record is for Canada, we put Province. If it is USA, we put State. The same goes with postal code. We have a generic Postal code/Zip label. Then, when we know the country, we can adjust.

Yeah, I'm taking that route too. I just didn't know what to call the field in my source file...
