Someday maybe people will realize that the only winner in a law suit is the lawyers. Class action suits are even worse. Limiting claims would help the economy but would really heart the lawyers. One of the reasons health care is so expensive. I saw on the news the other day a new drug just released (I can't remember the drug name or company) that the expenses where booked at 2.1 billion for R&D and 21 billion for estimated law suites. Sounds a little lopsided to me.
