I only use it for development work. Initially chose it primarily because it offered more multiple fixed IP addresses than most of the competition. Also unlimited SQL databases (although I just noticed that they are still on SQL2005). The current offerings don't map very well to what I contracted for (and am still getting) - I guess the closest is 'Unlimited Pro' butt, in theory, I get unlimited email and DB storage. Got 5,000 email addresses but ran out of things to call myself after using 16 (g)

And, yes, I can access the SQL databases using SSMS. Only shortcoming is that I can't choose my own backup schedule.
Disclaimer: No idea how well this site performs under load - there are a heck of a lot of databases hosted on one SQL instance. Plus the provided front-end can be a bit clunky and slow.
