That is what I have been doing, only that I pull ALL the records to the grid display. I don't put Filter functionality, but I have a Search button (since all records are pulled). Hence, my need to make the adjustments to include Filtering.

In the filter/search conditions, do you include ALL fields as filterable/searchable fields? How do you go about this?
