Be safe and have a great session! Thanks...just got home...drove through a terrible rainstorm in Connecticut tonight....
Sometimes I think I'm crazy...
- Wednesday afternoon, drove to Philly to do a talk on SSRS for the Philly SQL Server User Group on Wednesday evening
- Stayed in a hotel in Valley Forge on Wednesday evening, and taught my night class from my hotel room, using my webcam and LiveMeeting (normally we use video-con equipment, but we also have a soft-client). I'm the first trainer in my company to ever do a class from a hotel room. (I simply had to tell the hooker I hired to show up after 11:30 PM). :)
- Drove from Valley Forge to UConn this afternoon, and made it in just over two hours (hey, if the flow of traffic is nearly 90 mph, go with the flow!)
- Almost snapped my neck while driving, when I was doing the headbanging bit as "Bohemian Rhapsody" played on the radio...Rock'n Roll is hell sometimes.
- Hung out in the student lounge at UConn and worked on my presentation, and talked to a few students about the value of reading Atlas Shrugged. :)
- Did my presentation on Change Data Capture tonight, drove home in a huge rainstorm, and must have passed about a dozen serious accidents along the way.
And now the hard part of the road trip....picking up all the empty beer bottles that I tossed in the back of my car.
