Hi,
I am connected to a customer server via RDT. But the way they set it up is I don't see the Start and Programs buttons. All I see is the following shortcuts on the desktop:
My Documents
My Computer
My Network Places
Recycle Bin
Internet Explorer.
Is there a way to create a command prompt? TIA.
