You should not have any problem running in 64Bit Win 7 compared to 32Bit Win 7.

You do need to make sure apps do not try to write to any files in the Program Files folder tree (this is the same for all Vista and Win 7 versions) since Microsoft wanted to change the rules in order to be different.

Use the Program Data folder tree for writing.
