Thanks for your response. I have played around with ShellExecute CopyFile() and it may show some promise. But. miraculously, when the 2X software was removed from the server and replaced with Microsoft Terminal Services, the printing process using ??? works perfectly. That has bought us a bit of time to figure out how to deal with the issue. I know we are still on borrowed time and will have to deal with this issue soon!
