Interesting that three of the top five and four of the top ten are Spanish (U.S. next with three).
I used to have a place just round the corner from the Fat Duck when it first opened.
IIRC the Fat Duck now just does 'tastings' - you fork out a hundred quid or so and get mouthfuls of this and that. Not for me - although I enjoy a good meal I can never regard it as some sort of quasi-religious experience :-{
