When I programmed in VFP 5.0 if I don't READ EVENTS at developping worked but not at run time. Well. Now I use READ EVENTS when

DO FORM FORM_PASSWORD (in the form there's a CLEAR EVENTS)
READ EVENTS

But...

After I use:

DO MAINMENU.PRG

ACTIVATE MY_MENU (in MAINMENU.PRG)

No READ EVENTS

If you both mean "ACTIVATE MENU" is the same as READ EVENTS perhaps CLEAR EVENTS works.
