I spent a few hours because I am intrigued, and even ran the adaptation assistant. It suggested 90 man-days, although after reviewing what it wants, so many are similar it is probably more like only 30 man-days.

But the pricing is an issue. Let's say I am one developer, and get a 3K one dev license. For each app running up to 50 users, I have to pay another couple grand. The problem is this would work fine if my app was used by a few sites with lots of users. But my app is used by many clienbts, each with 3-10 users, 5 being average. To buy a 50 user license for each app would mean I would lose money.

The pricing pdf is not easy to find on the site, but you wills ee what I mean. I would need 2 things to consider this:

1. Pricing geared towards my situation.
2. The ability before paying to take 1 or 2 complex forms, implement therm, and see them work.

>>Looks interesting enought, but pricing at least for a small development house is pretty steep. If it can take my massive accounting application and turn it into a web app with little or no manual tweaking, including ActiveX components etc., it might be worth my while. If it takes a lot of work, might as well re-write the app in .NET...
