This is what I received from a recruiter who saw my resume on dice.com. He said the client is a large financial services company. They have hired six people already and are looking for six more. What follows is the info I received from him ---

At least 8 years experience in FoxPro development (both DOS and Windows versions) in maintaining legacy code and new development.

Knowledgeable in OOP, COM, DCOM.

Experience in working with XML, XSLT and C#.

o Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle methodology
o Must be flexible and rapidly moving client focus and must be adept at multitasking and prior working experience in Onsite/Offshore model
o Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
o Preferred Knowledge of Mortgage Banking or Finance.
o BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Physical Science
