In the start of times I used "thisform.release" when an error ocurred. Sadly form went on and I had to use "QUIT" with the problem I described.

Yes. My form class is MODAL.

The only explanation I've ever read about it it's "other forms can't be active" but I didn't read about advantages or not using modal or modeless forms.

You advice me to change the windowstype property... I'm afraid if I do so all my systems fall.. Does it work? Don't touch it...
