Man, rollmop is one of the reasons for living! If you haven't you've gotta taste it.

I'm a bit late in this thread but, FWIW, I've now had my memory jogged. My faves, not necessarily in order:

Chinese crispy duck pancakes, with spring onion, cucumber and hoisin sauce
Beef Wellington
Rollmop Herring
Greek Afelia
Fish & Chips (of course)
Chinese spare ribs King Po
Boston Clam Chowder
French Coqui St Jacque in creamy sauce in their shells (scallops)
Lamb Dansak (hard to choose from curries as have a different one each time)
