Basically, there are two kinds of frameworks:
1. Commercial frameworks which are advertised here and provide extensive manuals.
2. Personal frameworks which are individually preferred way and to tools to build application.
Frameworks are individual to the extent of different language and making committment to one of them you cut off in some ways from other people ways :).
This issue was discussed many times on UT, and usually I got couple punches after posting such replies :).
