No.

An ACtive Document is just like a standalone application
and makes no provisions for Internet Data Access. ADocs
run local, so when you address h: it's the client's
h: drive not your server.

Only way to do data with an ActiveDoc is to use remote
data tools like MS RDS or wwIPStuff to transfer data
over HTTP. You can check out a demo of the latter in an
