I want to import a CSV file, do some changes, then write back to another CSV file. What is the easiest way to do the import/export part, while respecting the usual rules for CSV files? I was thinking about APPEND FROM and COPY TO, but wanted to ask if this is the best way.
The number and names of columns can vary, this will be a kind of generic utility.
