I currently have a ms access application that we import a dbf to and then use that table to print reports from. The table has claims in it and every record is a claim or the sum of some records are 1 claim. There is a claim # field. The report is in ms access and it prints 1 claim then it goes out to a path that is hardcoded into the same table and prints a tif or pdf image. Then the access report prints the next claim and the images that are hardcoded in the table/colum for that claim. The problem is that It is printing across the internet to a local office and the tif image can be under 1 mb or 10 mb and it will vary in the time it takes to print and the ms access report prints faster. This throws the sequence out. I could not successfully make access wait till the tif image finish printing so that it can go onto the next record/claim and print the next one. I was thinking of trying this from foxpro. Is this easier to do in foxpro? The report requires barcodes on it 128 barcode is what it uses now. It uses the table to build the barcode values.
