Uhhm... 5 detail bands full of objects rich in printwhen/remove line...
Might be just overwhelming chunk of meat for reporting engine to swalow without 'burping' blank page. {g}

Wild guess;
I would try to horizontaly align objects as best as possible. Height as well if applicable, so lower end of objects is aligned the best possible.

Next, I wld make copy of report and then start removing last added objects (you can always bring them back from copy)
and see if you can get it to work without glitch. Then add back removed objects one by one. If glitch reappear you will at least
know culprit section and then play around with it till you make it.

Also, try checking for phantom frx objects hidden beyond visible band space. It happens sometime.
Delete all objects that you can reach by clicking on them, then press ctrl+a to select all. Start moving that invisible selection
left / right with arrows and see if something appear all of a sudden in visible band areas.
