Seems stupid to me ... I currently don't have a smart phone and don't want one. My phone is used for one thing and one thing only, and that is to make phone calls! (well, ok, I use the alarm clock too when I'm traveling). Why the heck would I want a radio in my phone!!! (of course, I won't have to worry about it if I don't buy a new phone ... I have a pretty old Motorola Razr and I like it just fine).

And anyway, how the heck can there be legislation to require this? I don't think the mandate will go anywhere ...
