This address should be acceptable to the UK Postal System if you add country of destination. Otherwise it may not be acceptable to the Russian postal service. BTW, Russia also has their own ZIP codes. That part is missing from the address.
You have to use codepage 1251 in order to store Russian characters. You may have to use STRCONV() to convert from Unicode (Excel) to codepage 1251
