>>Really? I thought Android had SQLite as default from the start.
Hello, Luis!
In fairness, WP7 must have some sort of inaccessible data system under the hood too. FWIW SQLite is used as an internal database all over the place- e.g. iPhone and Mozilla both use it. It may show up as a database in Android feature lists but compare to Memento (
www.luckydroid.com) and you'll see what I mean by choice. Most people here could put something together in Memento quite quickly. SQLite? The first challenge is to find usable documentation for its Android implementation.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
