And, to be fair, I was exagerating in stating that the DomainService *has* to be regenerated - if the changes to the entity model are small then, given a good knowledge of how the DomainService is constructed (which I don't really have as yet :-{), it's perfectly possible to modify the DomainService code by hand.....
OK, so it's not generated as a partial class ... no reason that you can't create your own partial class to put additions into, right?
