Hi Mark ---

I've seen that in a VFP3 app where a lot of import/export was going on. Essentially, we tracked it down to a line in the DBC metadata that was getting corrupted/deleted. Try this: Look in the DBC as a table and try to find the candidate tag by objectname where objecttype=0. You may find the parent objectid has been reset to zero or that record has been deleted. If so, delete the invalid line (if not already deleted), and PACK the database container. Now recreate the index.

>We have a client site that seems to be losing a candidate index in one of the tables. It has happened three times now (over the past two months) and I am baffled--what could possibly cause a table to lose a tag? Has anyone seen this type of behavior?
