With all the cargo plane inspections due to the scare and now an airline from UAE being escorted over U.S. air by two fighter jets (according to the news is because it originated in Yemen and it may contain suspicious cargo). Busy security day!

Can't be too worrisome or they would land it someplace else - someplace less populated.

Supposedly the President will speak at 4:15pm Eastern....

OK, the President is speaking and he called it a "credible threat." So increased package security from here on out....(explosives found in some of those devices - two of them so far)

It was a good speech and if the actions he referred to are truly being done (plus the ones the public are not informed about), then KUDOS. Good job. Not a good day to be President. Bet his hair is turning more gray today....

I hate to switch to a political turn at this time, but it will be interesting to see what if any effect this will have on Tuesday. Americans don't like to switch leader(s) in the middle of turmoil and threats....(I am NOT suggesting there was any political motive in any of this but the timing of the event may certainly have an impact)
