You have to purchase your medication somewhere ... the clubs are the easiest place to buy it. Your doctors isn't going to fill your prescription and neither is your local pharmacy. If you don't get it at the clubs, then you have to find individual people to purchase it from or a licensed distributor (well, I think they're licensed ... I don't really know anything about it) and that becomes difficult to find.
