Everybody,

I finally got it to work... it didn't have anything to do with Fox reporting... rather because this was running under an "annonymous"(IUSR) application pool, Fox didn't understand any printer in principle

I changed the application to run under an authenticated user and voila... generating PDF's and or html via listeners no problem.
It sucks big time fox reports listener requires a printer driver... because it forces me to run this web app as a user who needs configuration, rather than IUSR who doesn't.
