I wrote one using CodeRush from DevExpress (I have the full version but it works with the free version):

Since it basically builds a syntax tree behind the scenes (and has the ability to generate code from that tree) it was really easy to just use it's built-in functionality to do the conversion for me. It's not perfect but it works pretty well.
