You don't "change it", you use another report band.
The report has several "bands", that print under different circumstances.
For example, anything you put in the "Detail" band will be printed once for every record.
Anything you put in the "Page header" band will print
at the beginning of every page, which is what you want in this case.
The report also has a "Title band", but this isn't even visible initially; you must have activated it under "Report | Optional bands", and placed some items there. Move those items to the "Page header" instead. You have to put the items
above the text that says "Page Header". What you put
above the text that says "Title" will be printed only once for the report.
