Hi All

I have a problem with the FFC _movers which may just be my ignornace of Windows 7 to which I have recently changed to (a different machine with fresh Enterprise version)

When I tried to build my project I started to get "_movers is not an object file" messages. Looking at the file in the browser showed that the memo fields were all empty even though they were displayed as "Memo".

First off then I uninstalled and reinstalled VFP. Still no joy.

Ok so I thought I would just find them on the install disks and copy them to their install location which is the default "Program files\Microsoft ....\ffc" folder. Still no joy.

If I open it from the install disk I see all the members and all looks good.

So i copied them once more and also made duplicate copies called _mymovers.vcx and _mymovers.vct - when I try to open _mymovers these are fine and I can inspect the members etc.

I have checked my pathing for _movers - Fullpath("mymovers.vcx") and for "vct" both give me the install location correctly. Have even checked them viruses.

I am wondering if I am not understanding the UAC correctly
