Hi,

I was connected to customer server (via VPN and RDP). Then I was trying to install .NET Framework 3.5 SP 1 redistributable. Something got stock so I had to cancel. When I tried to install it again I got message that "another application may be running the setup." So I decided to fix it <g>. I opened a Task Manager and found EXPLORER.EXE process and since I didn't see IE running I decided to end this process. I did.

Now the remote desktop is blank. No tool bar no Start button. Just the name of the server at the top (showing that I am connected). What can I do to get the remote desktop back? I tried to unconnect and connect back. But the same result. I am connected but remote desktop is blank.
